Archbishop. Dr. Fred Okhimamhe is based in Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria. He was saved in 1973 and was called into the ministry in January 1975. God mandated him to start a Church in March 19,1989. The Church has planted 22 other Churches as at 2015 with over 42 pastors under his leadership.He was ordained in November 1989 and was consecrated a Bishop by the Kingdom Of God We Care Ministries, USA in the year 1999. He is currently the President / Bishop of the Gospelwatch Ministries Incorporated and the Living Gospel Outreach Church International Incorporated. He is the current President/Founder of the Victory Bible Training Institute and Seminary in Auchi. He is a fellow of the World Mission Foundation Bible Institute.He was made an Honorary Citizen of the City of Natchez, Mississippi, USA in November 9 ,1999 by the Mayor of the City, Mr Larry Butch. He is a licensed and ordained member of the International Ministerial Council of Great Britain, London and a member of International Communion of Charismatic Churches, Atlanta,Georgia,USA.

He was formerly an lecturer in Urban Planning at the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi.Nigeria. A one time
Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria, Etsako West Local Government. A
Member/Life leader, Haggai Institute of Advanced Christian Leadership, Singapore.
And Director, International Christian Leadership Network.
